Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout for these items as you will be selecting the exact item you wish to purchase. Once the pre-sale closes, the item will be ordered directly from our manufacturer with an estimated 8-12 week lead time.
You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund in the form of store credit. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
