Do you plan to offer additional sizing and styles in the future?
Yes, our goal is to offer sizes XXS-3XL and we will always be adding new swimwear styles in future collections to include high waisted, surf-friendly, surf suits! Our goal for the future is to always offer a mixture of solids and prints. We also have plans to expand Mālie to offer activewear (Mālie Movement), children’s swimwear (Mālie Mini), ready to wear, jewelry, and accessories down the road!

Do you offer restocks?
To maintain our commitment to earth mindedness, limited prints and styles may be restocked if items are returned. There will be an option for you to request to be notified when the item restocks. Instead of standard restocks, we will offer pre-orders. These items will arrive in the same amount of time it would take to restock products, but we are minimizing waste and overproduction but only creating demanded quantities. Once our suits sell out and pre-orders close, they are gone forever. We recommend not hesitating if there is a bikini you really love before it sells out!
Do you collaborate with artists and influencers?
We would love to collaborate with you!
Please submit your inquiries to aloha@maliethelabel.com with the subject “Collaboration” or “Influencer Campaign” to work together on future artwork for the brand and/or influencer campaigns.
Do you have a VIP or brand ambassador program?
We would love to work with influencers who align with our brand!
While we do not offer monetary compensation at this time, ambassadors are entitled to exclusive access to new collections and restocks as they become available, as well as a discount code for you to use for your purchases and share with your followers.
We will offer a UGC Photo Upload page very soon. We will share the link on social media and it will also be accessible through the footer menu on Mālie's website.
Do you allow Returns or Exchanges?
Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
How do I get involved and/or give beyond the percentage of proceeds donated through sales?
Please visit our Giving Back page to learn more about the organizations we are currently supporting and how you can get involved. If you are inclined to donate beyond the donations given through your purchase, please use the donation box to manually enter an additional amount you would like to give or explore the organization’s website for further volunteer opportunities.
How do I handle lost orders, incorrect Items, or damaged Items?
If your order has not arrived within 15 days after you received your order confirmation or you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at aloha@maliethelabel.com with your order number in the subject line.
How do I care for my bikinis?
Always rinse your bikinis when you get out of the water, even if just quickly in the shower!
Hand wash your bikinis in cold water with mild detergent. Lay them flat to dry in the sun or in front of a fan. While this can be considered time consuming, this is the best chance for your bikinis to maintain their integrity, pigment, and intended fit. However, if you don’t have the time for that or want to risk it, please place your suits in a mesh zipper bag before placing them into the washer or dryer at the very least. Only wash and dry your bikinis using the low heat or delicate cycle.
Do you plan to stock your bikinis in retail stores?
Yes, that is a dream of ours to stock our bikinis in retail locations all over the world. Once stockist locations have been established, they will be listed on the website for you to find a location near you and try on our suits in person!
If you are a retail business and are interested in wholesale for your retail establishment, please email aloha@maliethelabel.com with the subject “Wholesale”. In the future, you will also be able to purchase items through Faire's website.
We also plan for there to be pop-up sales in various locations in the future, likely in Florida, Hawaii, California, and Outer Banks. We will notify you of dates, times, and locations via email and on our Instagram page.
