Please allow a few days for your order to process (excluding pre-sales). Due to world-wide shipping delays that most shipping carriers are experiencing at this time, please be patient and allow an additional 1-3 days for expected delivery.

For international shipping, some countries and regions may require you to pay additional Customs/Duties and taxes so please check with your local customs office.

return and exchange policy

We want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer returns for store credit only, provided that:

- Returns are postmarked within 14 days of original delivery.

- The item is in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, not stained or returned with any strong smells (perfume, deodorant, etc.) in the original packaging with all original tags and hygiene sticker still attached.

- The item was not purchased as a final sale item (listed on the product page at time of purchase).

At this time, we do not offer returns on International orders. Your patience as we work to accommodate this in the future is appreciated.

We do not offer direct exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will receive store credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card (via email) when your return has been received and approved. 

pre-sale items

Items that have been purchased during a pre-sale may have an estimated 8-12 week lead time. Once your pre-sale order is placed and the pre-sale has closed, the items will be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be shipped immediately. You will receive an email notifying you that your item is on its way to you. Our return policies are the same for pre-sale items unless otherwise specified. Thank you for your patience when electing to purchase pre-sale items. Purchasing pre-sale items not only allows us to create and release new collections more quickly, but it minimizes environmental impact by reducing overproduction and wasted materials.

tracking a package

Once your order has been processed by the shipping carrier and you’ve received tracking information, the delivery of your package is no longer within our responsibility. Please contact USPS or UPS for any updates regarding the status of your shipment. Any international orders that are in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package has been held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee.

If a package has been returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void.

If a package has been marked as "Delivered" and your package is missing, please only contact your local post office to further inquire about the package’s whereabouts. We have also found that a package may say delivered but won't show up until the next day or two - this seems to be an issue from USPS that we have no control over. If your package still doesn't arrive, we can help provide any information you need in order to file a claim.
